Customer Account Accuracy

The customer confirms that all information provided in the account application is accurate and agrees to notify BJR Foods in writing of any subsequent changes.

Credit Assessment & Monitoring

BJR Foods conducts credit checks via licensed agencies to assess eligibility for credit facilities, fraud prevention, and debt management. Records of these checks may be retained for future reference.
Credit facilities may be suspended or withdrawn without prior notice if payment terms are breached or credit limits exceeded.
Periodic account reviews may result in adjustments to credit terms without advance notification.

Payment Terms

Strictly 7 days from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing by an authorised BJR Foods representative.
Late payments will incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England’s base rate.

Ownership & Claims

Title of goods remains with BJR Foods until full payment is received in cleared funds.
All sales are firm sale (non-returnable).
Discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Data Protection Compliance

BJR Foods adheres to the UK & Irish Data Protection Acts (2018).
Personal data may be processed for supply, credit assessment, and risk management.
Data may be shared with insurers, credit agencies, and trusted third parties, including those outside the EEA, in compliance with data protection laws.
Customers retain rights to access, correct, or request deletion of their data. Requests should be sent to info@bjrfoods.co.uk.
